What is Low Carb?

 Low Carb is restricting how many carbohydrates you consume. Low Carb is really a macro restriction Food Management Strategy,  The concept can be applied to restricting consumption of any macro (Protein, Fat or Carbs) or food group. However, Low Carb is what is trendy to do now, so that is the focus of this guide. The 3 diets covered are basically the same except for the carb level. The highest carb level (<100) has slight restrictions, the lowest level (<20, also know as Keto) is the most restrictive. These diets uses the restriction of carbs to manage how much you eat. For many people, it is very easy to overeat carbs, by limiting carbs, you are effectively limiting total calories.
