A menu diet gives you a meal plan for each day. It controls calories by having you eat specific meals in preset quantities. Typically these diets are very low calorie and are generic for everyone, they are often recommended by doctors. This Food Management Strategy is not a match for many people. It can be very difficult to adhere to because of low calories and restrictions. Most people will transition to a different strategy as they learn more.
